01What I deliver
Software, websites, mobile apps, WordPress themes and plugins, AI tools and automations, and related services. All deliverables are digital. No physical goods are shipped.
02How you receive it
Progress, previews and milestones are shared in your private client portal. Websites and web apps are deployed to your hosting (or hosting we agree on). Mobile apps are delivered as builds and published to the app stores under your developer account when that's part of the scope. Source code, design files and credentials are shared through the portal or your own code repository.
03Timelines
Each proposal states an estimated timeline and milestone dates. They depend on timely payments, feedback and content from your side; if those are delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount. If anything on my side changes the timeline, I'll tell you in advance with the reason and a new date.
04Handover
When the final invoice is paid, locked deliverables in the portal unlock automatically and the project is marked complete. Free bug-fix support then runs for 30 days (or the period in your proposal).
