Privacy Policy

Dheerendra Digital is a software and web development studio run by Dheerendra, an individual developer based in India ("I", "me"). For anything about your data, email hello@dheerendradigital.com.

Inquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), company, country, the service you're interested in, budget, timeline and your message.

Discovery call bookings: your name, email, optional phone and company, the time you picked and what you'd like to discuss.

Client portal: your account details, project messages and feedback, files I share with you, proposals you accept (including the name you type, the time and your IP address as a record of acceptance), invoices and payment references you report.

Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security, and the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm parameters) so I know which channels work.

To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, send invoices and receipts, and send reminders about things that need your attention (for example a milestone waiting for your review or an invoice that is due).

I don't send marketing newsletters, and I don't use your data for advertising or profiling.

The website itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in to the client portal, a single secure cookie keeps you signed in. Campaign tags from the link you arrived on may be stored in your browser so they can be attached to your inquiry.

Only the services needed to run the business: web hosting, an email delivery provider, and — once online payments are enabled — a payment processor. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

I never sell or rent your data. I'll only disclose it beyond this if the law requires it.

Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records, proposals and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require (currently up to 8 years). Project files are kept for 12 months after delivery so I can help if something comes up — ask and I'll delete them sooner.

Data travels over HTTPS. Portal passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Project files are kept in private storage and only shared with the signed-in client they belong to. Access to the admin system is limited to me.

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (except records I must keep by law). Email hello@dheerendradigital.com and I'll respond within 30 days. These rights follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you're in the EU or UK, I'll honour your GDPR rights in the same way.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I'll update the date at the top and, for active clients, mention it by email.
