  • It's designed to answer only from your approved data, and to say it doesn't know — or hand over to a person — when it's unsure.

  • AI usage is billed by the provider per use. I'll estimate monthly costs during scoping and optimise to keep them low.

  • Your data is processed through business AI APIs that don't train on your data, and access is restricted to what the assistant needs.

  • Yes. After the final payment you get the full source code, admin credentials, hosting access and documentation. Nothing is locked to me.

  • You never pay 100% upfront. Projects are split into milestones — typically 40% to start, 30% at design/beta approval and 30% before launch. Payments are online via UPI, cards, net banking, or in USD for international clients.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included at every milestone. Anything new outside the agreed scope is quoted separately as a change request — so the price never changes without your approval.

  • You get 30 days of free bug fixes. After that you can choose a monthly maintenance plan, or simply contact me when you need something.

  • Yes. Your idea and data stay confidential — I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share details.
