Terms of Service

These terms apply to all work by Dheerendra Digital. The proposal you accept (online in the client portal or in writing) sets out the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

Proposals are valid until the date shown on them. Accepting a proposal online — typing your name and confirming — is a binding acceptance on behalf of you or the business you represent.

I'll deliver what's described in the proposal. Two rounds of revisions are included per milestone unless the proposal says otherwise. New features or changes in direction are quoted separately, in writing, before any extra work starts — you'll never be billed for work you didn't approve.

Payments follow the schedule in your proposal — typically an advance to start, then milestone payments, with the final payment due before go-live or handover. Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.

Dheerendra Digital is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged. Prices are in Indian Rupees for clients in India and in US Dollars for international clients, unless agreed otherwise. International transfer fees are paid by the sender.

If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, I may pause work until it's settled. The timeline then shifts by the length of the pause.

Timely feedback, content (text, images, logos), and access to any accounts or systems the project needs. Delays in these move the timeline accordingly. You confirm that anything you give me to use — content, images, brand assets — is yours to use or properly licensed.

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the custom code, designs and content created for your project, and I hand over the source code and credentials. Until then, deliverables are licensed to you for review only.

Third-party items (open-source libraries, themes, plugins, fonts, APIs, hosting) remain under their own licences. I may reuse general know-how and non-confidential building blocks that aren't specific to your business.

Unless you ask me not to, I may mention that I worked with you. I won't show confidential work, screenshots or client names without your written permission.

I keep your business information, data and unreleased work confidential, during and after the project. I'm happy to sign your NDA before we discuss details.

Each project includes 30 days of free bug-fix support after launch (or the period stated in your proposal). This covers defects in the work I delivered, not new features, third-party outages, or changes made by others. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate plan.

I'll do the work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project, and I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. You're responsible for keeping backups of your own data and content.

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point (see the Refund Policy), and I hand over everything that's been paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve any disagreement by talking first.
